Gotcha Arenas is the perfect location to host your birthday party! Leave the preparation and clean up to us with a celebration your child won’t forget. You’ll have a private party room with direct access to the arena for guests and players that allows for pizza, cake, and down time between play.

A player is anyone with a blaster.
A spectator is someone not participating in play.

What to expect from your party

We’ll also send you this info with your confirmation email.

An employee called the "Party Usher" will be assigned to your event as your primary contact.

The Party Host (you) can arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party for set up.

You will receive a confirmation email after booking. Please forward the online waiver link to your guests. This will help facilitate getting the whole group checked-in efficiently.

The Party Usher will give the Host the appropriate number of wristbands and Gotcha socks for the number of players in the party. Only players with wristbands and Gotcha socks can check out blasters at the blaster box. Let your Party Usher know if you need to purchase additional wristbands.

When guests pass through the arena on the way to the private party room, they will be asked to wear safety glasses and to remove their shoes. Shoes can be put back on in the party room. This is to keep the arenas clean. Shoe covers can be provided upon request.

Rooms are decorated with a mural and a Happy Birthday banner so no decorations are required. You are welcome to bring additional decorations if you like. No tape or thumbtacks please. We provide hooks on the walls.

Approximately 1 hour into the party your pizzas will arrive along with plates, utensils and napkins. Bottled water is included with the party.

Following your party, rooms must be cleaned and reset for the next group. We appreciate packing up your belongings within 10 minutes following the party conclusion. You can leave the room cleanup to our staff.

The private party room is for your use the full 2 hours

The public arenas are shared with other guests and your group can come and go for the full 2 hours.

Gotcha provides large 18" pizzas. Extra pizzas, salad, juice boxes and cans of soda may be ordered from Gotcha. No outside beverages. The only outside food allowed is fruit platters, vegetable platters and cake or cupcakes. If you have a guest with allergies, you may bring alternative food for that guest only.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid at the party. You have 3 days after booking to cancel and receive a full refund. After 3 days, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Your Party Usher will go over rules with the players at the beginning of the party. We try to keep it simple with 6 rules which are posted in each party room. Sometimes kids launching projectiles get carried away and don't follow our rules. In order to keep Gotcha safe and fun for everyone we occasionally give timeouts to any player who breaks the rules. Please help us if needed and keep the foam flinging fun at Gotcha.

If you have any of the following issues or concerns, please contact events@gotcha-arenas.com:

  • Requests to downgrade party size must be made 1 week prior to the party.

  • Party upgrades are on a best efforts basis. The sooner you can let us know the better.

  • We understand that complications arise. Parties can be re-scheduled prior to the event start time for $25.

Tipping Etiquette: Parties are expensive and we understand that. Our staff is paid and expected to usher great parties as part of their employment, so do not feel obligated to tip. If you feel that your Usher did an amazing job and you would like to leave them something extra, just let them know when you pay the balance.
