What To Expect When Planning Your Kids' Nerf Birthday Party!
Gotcha Arenas is one of the coolest spots in Auburn! Gotcha is the place to party! Setting up our birthday party was super easy and we got lots of help from the staff and party team.
The website was straightforward and we got a party booked on the date and time we wanted. The birthday party packages are awesome. We selected the weekend option for 15 players and they even include three pizzas of our choosing for the party to munch on during the festivities! Two hours of play is more than enough for our kiddos, but for those that may want to play even longer, they have options for that.
When we first walked in we were greeted with a clean and comfortable lounge area, snack bar, photo booth astronaut, check-in counter and of course, walls and walls of Nerf guns! The staff is friendly, the snacks are fresh and the kids had a blast! This place is incredible. We got checked in and an attendant walked us to our private party room! It was clean, well lit, and had lots of space for the kids, parents, presents and of course the food!

Now, on to the best part, the arenas! Our favorite part was the Undersea arena with its blue flooring, soaring fishes and coral caverns! There is a giant pirate ship play structure in the middle of the space that kids and kids at heart can climb on. It has a fantastic figurehead of the arena’s mascot, a large alligator in pirate regalia. All of the structures have ramps and slides for lots of fun up and down action!
There are barrels full of Nerf gun ammo, strands of hanging kelp and amazing murals on all the walls. There are other obstacles around the arena like giant treasure chests, outcroppings of coral and piles of gold pirate treasure! There is a big net that hangs from the ceiling all around the lobby and lounge area to keep foam darts and balls from flying out into the guests' space.
On the other side of the arena is Space! The Space arena is so cool! There are stars, planets, moons and incredible murals of gators in space suits and exploding asteroids. It is epic! There is a large space rover play structure, lunar pods and moon rocks with slides hidden inside. It is such a cool space, pun intended. The party rooms along the back wall of the arena spaces are themed after the sides of the arena that they are set up on. It all flows together really well.
We cannot wait to plan our next birthday party or even a large family event here. The team here is so welcoming and did everything they could to make our time special. Gotcha has walk-on play time by the half hour and by the hour. It is so fun to have this kind of place so close to home and in the Outlet Collection Center of all places! We are going to be back soon.
